Yeah, every time I think I've gotten over my little gig of doing Sandover (read - happy Jak and Daxter stuff from the original game) art, ~Demyrie goes along and does another pic...and I give in and my hand grabs the pencil and goes mad! X_X

I'm happy it did though. This has to be one of my fave pics to date.

Heh - basically, Jak and Dax lying down in the grass under the shade of the trees...where it's alot cooler than out in the sun (who doesn't LOVE doing that! The grass feeling really cold and such! Oyie! Kiwi kids are just...into the whole nature thing I guess! )

Yeah...there's some petals falling down...you all know it's my weakness! And there HAD to be flowers in the grass! It MAKES the pic I tells ya!

Colouring Grass = freaking NIGHTMARE!!! @___@ I go to die now! *faints*

I had to do the boy's hair a little different...Dax's just sorta...flopping/spreading out being rested on the ground like that! and Jak's hair coming loose a bit....like the hair gel is wearing off! Originally, I had trouble trying to choose if Dax should be smiling with an open or closed mouth...but darn it, I always draw smiling opened-mouth pics. Let's be different, ney?

Only a few little quirks - my inking pen kinda smudged a little on Dax's face...in the centre and around the mouth...so that kinda spoilt it, although I don't think the scanner picked that up. Scanner killed the colours a little...original looks muchu better. and...Jak looks a little older than he should (at least...pre Daxter-ottsel days at least).

But...yey!!! Tis done! I can now go watch 'Sport's Cafe' for the night! *twirls of to watch teh TV*
