There wasn't a lot of time to get these done once school rolled back in, but I did my best. Despite my silence during break, I did do a lot of work! I just didn't really, heh, finish anything. Whoops.This is actually the first nice "sheet" I've done for a character, and wow, there are so many out there that put mine to shame. Thankfully, I'm going to keep learning, and there's lots of other things I'm working on too!
Haunua is a Shinlai, and I won her in the Shinlai Community Contest during October. If you'd like to learn more about the group, you can go look them up!

Those horns are just wonderful. I love that you include snapshots of their environment. It adds such richness to their background, and really helps encapsulate the quality of their character.

Thanks! I wanted to try out some forest painting tricks, but I think I need to work on it more. But I really enjoyed doing it, I think I want to make myself practice painting something with each reference sheet that I do. Thanks again! You're too kind <3

What a gorgeous 'Lai! <3 I really love her design. Simple design, elegant anatomy, and the set up of the page is excellent. I think you picked the best colours for the mask, the white and small amount pink is perfect!

Haha, I know :'D I'm thinking of making a species some day, but I want to make sure I put in the research and effort to make it interesting... they'll even be from the same world cannon as momodragon's character, so hopefully I can give them a lot of history! And of course, it'll be open
