I have to say, I really like this sequence’s approach to Stepford.
I love the elegant outfits that go along with a lot of Stepford-esque transformations, but they always seem to come at the cost of taking away the woman’s autonomy or rights, and make her out to be little more than a doll, perpetuating the idea that a woman can’t be feminine without also being weak-willed.
This series has been a rather refreshing take in how it shows women using Stepford for their own purposes as a way to drive culture in their own way, and influence male society while creating a movement in female fashions and disposition.

Anyway, looking forward to more.
