this was based on a mini comic idea i once had that never took off, it was set in the world i’ve been building.
basically what happened in the image was the southern kingdom, built atop the city ruins figured out a way to ‘rekindle the ancient lights'
aka they managed to get the power generators running to bring back the old artificial city lights, little did they know they basically turned the whole city into a giant moth lamp
anyways, trying to do this flatter stylized comic style is a total nightmare, now i remember why that comic idea never worked out, plus while i enjoy world building i totally suck at making stories involving characters and whatnot
