1. Should've used a suppressed .22, nobody would've known what happened until the cleaning lady came in, giving him plenty of time to escape.
2. Now she can I.D. him. That can give the police somethingto go on, you NEVER give them a clue if can help it.
3. Never leave witnesses. (This one CAN be argued that maybe the client wanted witnesses, and if thats the case fine, but otherwise...)
