It's not really gender specific, actually. It's just generic head shapes. To make it more feminine, just round the jawline and maybe make the jaw a biiit smaller. Reference sheets are more for showing the basics rather than everything, you know, leaving something to your style and imagination.

Are you going to draw reference sheets for eyes, mouths and noses (noses from different angles)? I like your style because it's very simple, but still realistic (like when you draw Elrond it actually looks like Elrond)
