have you seen a movie called "school of rock" ? starring Jack Black. it is very cool and funny, it is about some guy who introduces electric guitars and rock music to some kids in a special school, then they make a band!

I must admit that I'm not really a movie-watcher. It's not that I don't like movies. It's because I think that watching a movie feels only usefull in cinema or when you're with two or more peeps. Sure I can enjoy a movie in the sofa at home! I just don't grab movies that fast. I'd rather go for the video games :]
So the movie doesn't ring a bell here. I do remember seeing a movie with a guy that has a guitar-case that transforms into a machinegun. But I guess that's a totally different movie I'm talking about now. xD

i didn't like movies much too, but i don't know. this year, i have watched a lot! you know, here, it is always possible to go to some DVD shop and buy a couple of movies, since there aren't original copies, they are all not expensive!
some movies have very nice meanings, such the movie i watched yesterday, it is called "a Cinderella story" it was about how a girl worked to make her dream come true, it was very nice! and also how we most be ourselves without feeling embarrassed or afraid!
and some movies are just... i donnu, some people kill each other and that is it! but i mostly prefer comedy

Hehe I think our tastes kinda differ here. I'm not really a comedy freak. I like series like the simpsons and the fresh prince of bell air, but when it comes to movies I prefer movies that deal with real-life issues. You know ... serious stuff. On the other hand I'm in love with everything that looks like 'the gladiator'. Warrior type of movies (no recent stuff) really inspire me!
I know what you mean with the 'some-people-kill-each-other-and-that's-it-movies'. My brother likes horror movies a lot. But there's tons of horror movies that just show some stupid/meaningless violence. You know ... cutting someone open just for the fun seeing it ... I HATE that.
SO if I were to choose between horror and comedy, I'd go for comedy also, don't worry!

Ancient times can be fascinating, but I must admit that it's the battles that I like the most in those old movies. Tomb Raider ... everytime I hear the title of the game, I think back of all the great time I spend playing those games. Especially Tomb Raider 2 and 3. Never heard of Jakie chan movies tbh ... hmm
Oh and about Troy, I heard of it, but never seen it. Somehow I confuse that title with Alexander. Alexander I found a rather boring movie : X

Action + comedy sounds like a weird combination, although there's a movie that's very similar to BadBoys that had this combination. And I liked it, so deffinately worth a watch I guess :]

just so you know, jakie is a kung fo legend! ah! you know what? it is the real Lei wulong from tekken! it is not like it is all commedy and makes you laugh a lot, but the quick moves and funny stuff that heppens in the movies makes it partially comedy! there is someother interesting movie he acts in, it is around the world 80 days, his rule is Paspertute, the valet of Fillias fogg, if you've ever red that story? it is a very pleasant movie^^' ok, enough bothering you with movies,i know you're busy

almost every1 in my family can play...except me.maybe it's cuz my fingers r too thin...my dad started teachin me when i was younger but he stopped for some reason.
