Page 3A short 20 page comic I did. I can't reveal too much about Bugs and Mickey's friendship due to most of that being revealed in the upcoming Christmas Story I'm trying to finish between homework and commissions, and I can't explain about certain characters' roles in it either, but this is sort of a special glimpse at just how important Bugs and Mickey's friendship is to each other, and how it is the foundation for my series.
One recurring theme is Mickey telling stories, in particular to Oswald. Since Os wasn't around for decades, he's wanted dibs on what happened since his entrance into Wasteland. Things like how Mickey became the first Toon to come to life officially, the first Toon to wed and the first Toon (with Minnie) to bear children. Mickey's the storyteller in ToonZ
Anywho, here goes the first two pages! These pages take place in the fall of 2012. I will be updating irregularly due to homework, but I will do my best.
Quickly done comic. Loads of mistakes but eh.

after reading the part Oswald said in the 7th panel I got to thinking about the movie Saving Mr. Banks (which I want to see sooooooooo bad >< ) and then I got to wonder how those two would feel about seeing Tom Hanks portraying Walt Disney

I think they'd be fine with it.Β Tom Hanks did fantastically in that role. He studied Walt Disney's habits, he visited the Walt Disney Family Museum in San Fran for hours a day, and interviewed Diane Disney-Miller, Walt's daughter. He even grew his own mustache and measured it down to the centimeter to get it accurate.

It's also coming out on DVD soon. Too bad it didn't win any awards. Sometimes I think The people who run The Oscars get too caught in trying to be too socially conscious of The Bigger World they and everyone else forget how to live in it.Β
It' always easier to show than tell.
