the coloring is done well, good job...however, i was so confused what the drawing was about. it took me a while to figure out what was going on, i.e. he's doing a side kick to dodge the blade (or whatever).
perhaps you should have a shadow on the girl since she is below him. it'll make more sense with that. the water also looks like it's floating, not really showing depth (perhaps this is also because of the pathway you created as well). I think it should be more dynamic in shading to create more depth/perspective. overall, i like the concept.

actually, yea, the confusion w/ the depth in the back is probably cuz of my silly photoshop effects that i slapped on for the fun of it
