I like pixeling, yes I do~Panda sprite! Please critique, I want improve my pixel art. So it'd be much appreciated! C:

Uuuuhhh Too many steps to explain in a comment. XD But I'll try to make a condensed form:
(this is in photoshop)
1. Sketch
2. Using a the pencil set a 1 px, do the line art on a new layer
3. On a layer underneath the line art, flat color.
4. On layers between the line art and flats, do the shadows and highlights (I used multiple layers)
Aaand that's about as simple as I can make it. XD

The tail is a little lumpy, I will say. And the neck/shoulders seem a little funky.

I had to find a sprite of Dragonair and see how the Pokemon people did it.
Although they still don't look similar.

This is lovely. O: Your pixel skills are wonderful. I love the detail you've put into him, especially his torso for some reason. The only critique I can think of is to maybe try some sharper highlights. I think someone else mentioned so, I only briefly scanned the comments, so I'm sorry if I wound up repeating something.

It looks really good, and what ~Kitten-Fox may have been implying is it'd be cool if you showed an enlarged version next to/ faded behind the small version. You'd have to zoom into it and then screen capture it so we could see the wonderful details you've put into this :]
As for crits.. I like it, the anatomy and colors look pretty damned good. The only thing is you probably don't want the back too highlighted, but the raised part looks almost unfinished compared to the rest of the detailing of shadows. Maybe just try to add a few pixels of light back there or extend more of the shading up towards it? And the tail isn't consistent in it's size, it starts out great but gets bulky at the curve, then more slender, then widens again. I know it's hard as hell to create huge, accurate curves, even when drawing art so you did really well considering this is all pixels. 
Hope that helps. I normally don't crit people because I don't even know what I'm doing half the time, let alone guide someone else.

I know you have just begun to try pixel art, and I'm no expert, but perhaps you could try making it slightly bigger so we can see all the cool details you put into it
