been wanting to do a pic on android 17. The pic is from a "flash back" scene in DBGT. This was COMPLETELY done on photoshop. I didnt draw it or scan it in

i dont own andriod 17 however i drew it all by myself.

yep, all with a mouse, theres a tool on it that allows me to control curves and such.
