Dalek. They are immune to basically everything except huge great boomy explosions.

Daleks could not stop one enhanced man i.e. the Doctor. Vader wiped out a whole building full of Jedi. Vader will win.

You forgot that the Doctor is a Timelord that wiped out his entire planet and species as well as most of the Daleks. He also has taken part in bringing down galaxies. Of course they wouldn't be able to stop him. However, Vader wiped out a whole building of Jedi, not the whole freaking Galactic Republic. The odds aren't the same.

Dalek! Daleks have the ability to speak nearly languages in the entire universe, thus they would be able to speak Midi-chlorian. The Force wouldn't exactly work on them and not to mention their defense easily defeats light sabers. Also, if Sith lords knew about Daleks, wouldn't that be their biggest dream to become? Daleks aren't capable of any emotion other than hate and fear of extinction, while Darth Vadar is capable of emotion like love. Therefore, the Daleks can easily piss off Darth Vadar and Darth Vadar would attempt to use Force choke on them. However, since Daleks can speak Midi-chlorian, they can easily turn it back on Vadar. Now, onto specifics about Dalek defense... It is just plain amazing. They didn't even react to Cybermen's attacks. So, what can defeat it? The sonic screwdriver or the smarts of a Timelord/Dalek. Not even Empire/Rebellion tech can beat Daleks. The Daleks were also created by Davros, a non human. Daleks are not human and they are motivated only by hate for anything other than Dalek. Thus.... DAL-EKS ARE SU-PER-IOR!!!!! EX-TER-MIN-ATE!!!!

The Midi-chloria 'speak' on a more telepathic level than physical. Daleks are capable of telepathy, so they would be able to 'speak' Midi-chlorian if they learn how to establish a telepathic connection with the Midi-chloria.

But wouldn't they pretty much not care? I mean, those Midi-chloria are PART of that Sith. The Midi-chloria would die without that individual and the individual would die without the Midi-chloria. It's a symbiotic relationship, right?

However, there have been more than one instances where Cybermen have controlled the minds of humans(and Timelords). It's logical that the Daleks are capable of mind control, since they are more telepathic than Cybermen. The Dalek could easily control the Midi-chloria to a certain extent. Might I add, the Midi-chloria are most likely a form of prokaryotes. They lack an actual nucleus, much less a brain. Since the Midi-chloria don't have a brain, they aren't capable of actual thought processes. They don't exactly have a concept of right or wrong, so they wouldn't have a concept of loyalty either. So, if Darth Vadar attempts to kill the Dalek with the Force, the Dalek can still turn in back on him and they wouldn't give a damn about the Midi-chloria after.

But any trained force sensitive have certain force and mental barriers to guard against telepathic individuals controlling them and their Midi-chloria. All force sensitives in fact have some natural force barriers, one of these will send the attacker flying across the room while the attacked didn't even know they did anything.
So because Vader is an advanced force sensitive he would no doubt have very strong barriers that would stop very strong telepathic individual.
But even without attacking the Dalek with the force, Vader could deflect the Daleks own weapon back at him. As in the Doctor Who episode "Daleks in Manhattan" it has been shown that a Dalek's weapon can destroy other Daleks.

Good point. But knowing the Daleks(That is, if their leader isn't too stupid)they would find a way to update their technology. If Daleks actually took technology and knowledge from races and civilizations they conquered and destroyed(Which they hadn't. It makes no sense, especially since you'd think that they would've learned after being defeated by the Doctor multiple times. I'd like to add that if the Master became ruler of Daleks, that would definitely change.), they would be highly advanced enough to conquer the entire universe without its inhabitants knowing it.

Dalek leaders always seem to be the most stupid, with the exception of Dalek Sec. The doctor even commented on his "cleverness".

Yeah, she was too cool... But I think she did die, since she was in that Time Lock. I also heard that Susan got killed at some point or she couldn't regenerate.
