OK, so you should know that a Dalek can survive atmospheric reentry, whereas Vader was killed by exposure to Force lightning.

1. Force Lightening > Re-entry so I'm not sure why you use that as a comparison.
2. Vader has the force (and more so than others)... many a force user has survived re-entry unscathed.
3. Force Lightening would fry a Dalek.

It's an ability that Vader has never demonstrated, so we have no reason to assume that he has it.

We do... anyone strong enough in the Force has the potential to. Anyone who defines the force in terms of abilities doesn't understand it's principal. The only reason Vader couldn't use Force Lightning was because it was so powerful it would affect his cybernetics. The Force isn't divided up into abilities... it's like a multitool... use it as you see fit. Like an external force that you can use muscle memory to train and hone. The difference is that some have more connection to it than others.
And a Dalek's death ray... is nothing on the level of Force Lightning.

I'd have to go with Vader. Advanced psychic precognition allowing for split-second reactions, a weapon that can counter the Dalek's main offense, plus some very effective telekinetic attacks... yeah, definitely say the edge goes to Vader in this match up. The Daleks have been defeated by a single maniac in a time-traveling police box, they'd have little chance against a Dark Lord of the Sith.

Can you provide evidence that lightsabers can block Dalek weapons? Because Daleks death rays, unlike blasters, were NOT designed to be ineffective against lightsabers.

Lightsabers have been seen blocking/deflecting a variety of ranged energy weapons, not just blaster fire, including disruptor weapons, which probably operate on the same pseudo-science principles as Dalek death-rays. Also, blasters were no more designed to be ineffective vs. lightsabers than pistols in the Whoniverse were designed to ineffective vs. pretty much anything extra-terrestrial.

Would you care to actually provide evidence that blasters and Dalek weapons are in anyway similar? Blasters are plasma, whereas Dalek death rays are pure, concentrated radiation which also seems to double as electricity (you know, like that stuff that killed Vader).
At most, Vader could block the death ray, but there isn't much to suggest that he could deflect it back at the Dalek.
