Vader. He would simultaneously stop all the daleks attacks and force crush it through its armor. Dalek technology is no match against the power of the force...

When has Vader ever demonstrated the ability to Force crush that many creatures at once? If he could do that, he wouldn't even need Stormtroopers.
I'd also like to point out that the Daleks drove a race that could casually rewrite physics to extinction. They cannot literally change the laws of the universe to make it impossible for the Force to work.
