WELP it's that time of year again... SHARK WEEK!!!!

Every year I try to do something to sort of celebrate this week dedicated to some of my favorite ocean going creatures. So I wanted to do my own sort of "shark-a-day" thing. Figured I'd kick things off with an adorable little guy known as the Puffadder Shyshark (Haploblepharus edwardsii), a Carcharhinid shark belonging to a group commonly referred to as Catsharks. They're all small and very adorable. :3
You can only find this little guy in the waters off of South Africa. If ya didn't know it, most sharks are very small, like this guy who can barely reach 2ft long as an adult.

Managed to crank this one out pretty quick; goes to show how much more efficient I am when it comes to working with traditional mediums. XD
Sketched with a 2H pencil, then colored with the various colored pencils I've got laying around. I'm shit terrible at scanning, so sorry if it looks a bit grainy... As always, these things look much better IRL. XD
