Wow, I've been drawing allot of people's oc's lately
This is *Chancake 's character, IV... You pronounce it Vier. I luff him so very much! 
HAHA! Congratulations Chan! *hands you a cookie* You managed to make IV have the hardest hair in the world!! D: I hope it came out okay... I'm quite proud of the coloring, but I'm not sure if I drew it quite right
Er... sorry he's just sorta standing there... That's just sorta how it came out...
