Thanks!  He's sort of the main protagonist in my indie comic, Durontus: The Lost Serpent.  WAAAAY back in my older deviations there's some old concept work.  Well, we're finally doing a second issue, and this is the concept I'm working with for the book.

I saw the earlier images, and saw the comic book pages you posted. Durontus was one of the reasons why I created my kaiju King. Lol so in a way I should thank you for the inspiration and the thoughts of wanting to make my own famous kaiju

Again wanted to say thank you. I mean you probably haven't seen my work, and no worries. When I came to DA I was drawing random things... But then I saw images of Durontus, King Komodo, Slierus, Irokus, and Olragon. I knew I wanted to make a monster as famous on DA as these monsters are.
I do apologize, talking to the creators of my favorite monsters is like talking with a movie star lol. I do apologize for yammering on.

Haha, well, I'm no celebrity.  Sure, I've come a long way since I first started posting stuff on DA, but I'm just and indie comics guy.  I'm really excited to be drawing Durontus again, and to put him in a new book.  I think the final outcome will be pretty cool.  I have seen your work, too by the way.  I try to make an effort to check out everyone's art.  KT is an awesome monster!
