Description Scientific Name - Chelydrus adluoluere

Common Name - Oceanic Leviathan

Length - 22.3 feet (only specimen)

Weight - 355 lbs (only specimen)

Location - Only one specimen has been captured, around the coast of East Africa.

Nature - Sightings have been reported worldwide through history of a similar creature that attacked boats (referenced to mythological Leviathan). The only captive Oceanic Leviathan exhibits docile behaviour for the most part. It was learned that when hungry it begins to feverishly swim about, occasionally attacking handlers. It seems to have one or multiple tentacles throughout the inside of it’s body that stretch out of numerous holes on the animal’s sides to reach for food. Scientists who have swam with the animal have noticed that upon feeding, the food is taken to the mouth from the inside where numerous dagger-like teeth shred the prey to a digestable size. When not eating, it swims leisurely, going up to people behind a glass wall to examine them.

Updated creature #2 - [link]

In case you MUST know, it swims in a looping kind of motion (a mix of a dolphin/whale up and down movement and a shark/snake side to side movement).

And I still fail at coming up with fake scientific names x3

Tools used - Lineart made with a Micron Pen size 1.0 and coloring done in Photoshop Elements 2.0

Crit is you want. Not gonna change it though :3

And I just realized the sunlight highlights look horrible D<

Looks pretty cool - but 355 lbs is a WEE bit light, don't you think? At 22 feet long, and those proportions, it'd be about half as dense as most ocean-going critters.

Then it's half as dense making it superspecialawesome. Not like it's real anyways

I thought it was the Cracken that used tentacles to attack ships? o.o Either way, this one's cool. For the Leviathan, I usually see huge, fat creatures similar to whales or sharks, so this one being an eel is super cool.

It's more Leviathany-like than Kraken. I was thinking of making it both Levi & Kracken, but it's tentacles aren't that long. And the kracken is more squid-like from what I always hear about and see x3
