I don't have MIUI, it's not supported on the Sensation yet. Running Virtuous Inquisition atm.

What version of Miui are you using? I like the stars to show what screen you are on instead of just circles.

I'm on 1.12.30 - but the stars show up because of my theme. All themes have different screen indicators. The stars come with the d4rkr47z theme.

Well it looks pretty rad, I like the design a lot. The only thing I'm not loving is the font, but you know me, Helvetica or nothing 
Themes section is a good idea, though. Just checked out the thread over at XDA.

Find the icons in the .zip file and add them to your phone.
That's about what I can tell you, don't know squat about modding iPhone, sorry :/

If you open the d4rkr4zz .zip and look in the folder called icons you'll find all the .pngs.

Ah, I see. There was no folder called Icons, just a file called Icons. I added .zip to the end of the Icons file, unzipped and there they were
