That movie was the best rendition of the Phantom, in my opinion. I hate how they make him seem less deformed in later versions.

they usually play it around Halloween, on the Turner Classics channel. It's about a circus freak with no arms, who does everything with his feet, from lighting cigarettes, to throwing knives, and playing the guitar. And he just happens to be a serial killer, who's in love with the daughter of the owner of the circus. One of the greatest parts of the whole thing is that Cheney genuinely looks like he has no arms!
