does line coloring (6) is hard or takes a not of time ?

And about the line coloring, it's actually really easy! Here's two different ways you can do it.
Method 1: On the layer with your lines, click your "transparency lock." It looks like this:
Photoshop: digitalrendering2.weebly.com/u…
Sai: i.gyazo.com/8d84946c052a8521ad…
(It will typically look like a checkered box or say preserve opacity, ect)
Then you can color on only the lines. It wont get on anything else, it's really helpful!
Method 2:
Create a new layer over the layer with your line art. Create a clipping mask to the layer below.
Photoshop: right click the new layer > create clipping mask
Sai: SAI Clipping Linework Tutorial
Then you can color on your new layer and it will only show up on the lines layer, like a stencil.
