Personality:
Felicity is a silly bird with an attitude streak, basically. She loves nature (and especially being in the mountainous region the ranch is) and having fun. One of her favorite activities is singing! it's really pretty but be warned, Sometimes she will use Perish Song, which if tuned right can cause powerful headaches and fear-inducing thoughts until the victim passes out. The effects go away after rest.

Also important to note, is that Felicity prefers to have fun than to listen. It doesn't matter to her that hopping branches and such is dangerous! She often pretends not to hear or understand others... Keane and pokemon alike. She also cannot fly.. but she jumps like a champ and the wings certainly help there.
