The strange and terrifying being known as The Eye is a creature that appears to people in times of great distress and judges them. Those it judges to be good and innocent are left to live. The ones that are judged to be guilty, are killed by The Eye's deadly heat ray.The Eye is a very weird character from the golden age of comics, where the thing was a superhero. So, it wasn't very hard to make it fit in a horror universe.
