Ok, so, Jessica has a genetic disability in her legs, making her have to sit in a wheelchair for most of the time. She was born with this, and has gotten used to it, even though she wished she could be like any normal person. As a child she has been moving a lot from home to home, and thus from school to school. One time she met this boy though, who seemed to like her for who she was. Further, she's just trying to live as normal as possible, as she doesn't want to let her disability stop her from doing things she wants to do.
