So the newest dlc, which surprisingly is already available (dafug) is ryu from street fighter and returning character roy...

So yea here are my reactions to it basically.

Roy i'm kinda disappointed with, not with him exactly, but at the fandom. Funny how when lucina was introduced, the fandumb pretty much bitched about her being a marth clone, roy comes out and everyone is sooo happy. fucking hypocrites. So yea kinda very annoyed about that, melee fans, seriouly the most rabid of the smash fandom..... So in the pic Lucina's taking out her frustration on that on roy, So marth's scared outa his wits, Ike understands cause he's not so chipper about a guy similar to him as well in smash now, and roy the koopaling feels theres only room for one roy, while Roy is confused and brain damaged.

Now Ryu on the other hand is someone i don't care as much about, but it doesn't bother me as much as Roy did, in fact I'm expecting Ryu to be really strong, like i dunno as strong as like link or captain falcon, but not as strong as like bowser is, lil mac strong at most. Knowing how he is in other games, i'm sure he's a powerhouse, so seems fellow capcom rep megaman is a lil too worried that ryu is too strong, and goes to dig graves for all his friends because he thinks they're gonna die, Ryu of course is trying to calm him down. Then again megaman isn't exactly the strongest fighter in smash 4 (actually he's probably lower mid to me, he's not wimpy enough to be crap, but also isn't intimiadating enough to be considered a threat, he's just a bit annoying sometimes but easy to handle) so a lot of characters are more than a match for mega, so he's just paranoid.
I expect big things from ryu, and from what his info says on the official site, he may also be one of the harder characters to use since his specials can be amped up the same way as he does in the game series he comes from, he literally requires combos to be super powerful, so in some ways he will be a powerhouse, and in others he could be mewtwo in the wrong hands.

Also lucas is out too, along with new stages.

now don't get me wrong, I'm not against these guys that much, i may not have much interest in street fighter, and i may have played roy on occasion but i won't use him that much, i'm still buying it cause you know you need to know how to fight against them too. Cause really going online to do that won't be easy, especially today, cause you never know if you'll fight em or not, and also not like it'd be a challenge really, anyone who played mewtwo online usually won't win due to lack of real practice, i mean i've been practicing with him but still won't use him online yet cause i'm sure it won't end well

so yea comment and enjoy i guess, and remember despite the rant this is also intended for humor purposes, i don't really have that much against roy or ryu, though my initial reaction to them being dlc was
