This reminds me of a short Lovecraftian story I wrote a while ago:
The Creature in the BathroomRobert woke up one morning to find a bug in his bathtub. The word bug came to mind because he had no idea how it ought to be described. He knew insects had six legs, but this creature had at least twelve tiny legs. It was not a centipede, for it had a fat, sausage-like body. It had long antenna. He could only describe it as a bug, for he had no other word.
It was definitely alive, for those long feelers kept twitching.
The creature was large, perhaps the size of a small handbag. It was a peculiar yellow colour with pink dots in places. It occurred to Robert that he ought to be alarmed. If the creature could bite, perhaps it might be harmful? Nevertheless, he found himself feeling strangely calm. For all his surprise, he felt relaxed in the presence of the bug. There was no need to call the authorities or report an infestation to his landlord.
Robert turned away from the creature, washed himself and got dressed. Leaving the creature he went to work at his legal firm, just like every oth
Not my best work, I admit.
But I like this picture.

Really cool, and I definitely see how it could be a larval Arach. Awesome!

Not really. Preferably something related to Arach but not exactly larval form of it.

Hm...well, I definitely see the Arach-relation.
BTW when I first met you I compared you to Stephen Gammell. I do not know if you know his work, so here are some samplings. fc05.deviantart.net/fs71/f/201…

No ale jeszcze bardziej chciałabym, żeby komercyjne robale były np. wielkości psa... co to by było za zwierzę do obrony domu
