Normally he's a Frankenstein type creature with human features and qualities. He's very calm and quite gentle, however, he becomes an enraged beast when he feels his life is threatened, this monster being an amalgamation of the twisted imagination spawned from the "borrowed" brain in his head. A bestial pair of eyes appears under his human eyes, and his face grows into a crocodilian snout with enormous teeth. His phalanges extend ripping his fingers and turning into razor-sharp claws. The stitches are pulled by masses of black writhing tendrils inside. In his most advanced transformation, his entire legs disintegrate into writhing masses of black tentacles.
