2013 in art.It's not in order, just a mash up.
Overall I'm pretty happy with the things I've made in 2013, I think I've managed to improve a bit despite getting stuck mid-year and having a slight art-crisis. xD
Looking forward to keeping going in 2014 and seeing where I can get in another year.

Uh... Could you tell me why you paint him blue and then his color changes..? And How did you do that? D:

I added a layer over the top of his base colours in blue, then another in the same blue but set to multiply and erased to make the shading.
Then I did the highlights in white set to overlay on another new layer above that.
Then I deleted the plain blue layer, locked the shading layers and coloured them.
I just find it easier to shade on a colour like blue where I can see the gradients better. C:
