Meet Ichabod; one of my new characters.

He was supposed to be a Halloween character but I somehow forgot about his half-finished file until way after Halloween. o__O
Fail.

Anyway, this is him.

He's an undead Coydog. (Coyote x dog.)
In his living life he was a stray, the pup of a Coyote and a mixed breed (mutt) dog.

When he died in the woods his body started to decompose and a small bush had started growing through his ribcage. All his organs well and truly rotted.
When some mischievous spirits came across him. They thought it would be fun to reanimate him so they did.

They enjoyed watching him wander about for a day or so but got bored and ended up leaving him a shell of his former self - quite literally.

He can no longer die, whenever he suffers an injury that you would think would put an end to him the power the spirits used on him regenerates him again and should he lose any body parts they simply regrow from whatever remains.

He can see but not like things with eyes anymore. He sees the energy given off by things and it's all usually rather bleak for him.
He's a miserable soul now and spends most of his time moping and staying out of sight.

He's made of bones, bits of old skin and fur and pretty much held together by the tree which grew in him ... which is also relatively dead.
A fun side effect of the reanimation being dead leaves which almost permanently fall from within his body.
What remains of his fur is scraggly, matted and patchy.
