Description
This is a tutorial on how to make pixel characters.You do NOT need photoshop or anything expensive. All I use is MSpaint and sometimes GIMP if I have to use transperencies or animate.
The girl I used is going to be one of my OCs. She is a strawberry girl. ^_^
