Description
This is the test of the Gold Sheep Broadcasting System, this is only a test. I'm playing a game. I want to see how long it takes for the person who created the above character to recognize her and claim her gift. They don't know that I made this, they did not request this, and I'm not notifying them.

So all you have to know if this character is not mine... I just wanted to take a break in between the backlog that was a bit fun.

So let's see how long it takes. ^.~

Materials:
Copic Marker
Sakura Pen
Adobe Photoshop CS3 Extended (Fake color spray done by me, and stars also a brush done by me based on Photoshop's own star brush.)

Notes: I made the ribbon red... because I didn't have magenta. And I made shoes over boots because I'm aware of the Japanese dress code and I wanted to Japanese her up a bit since the original is based on the dub and there were constant apologies for it being dub-based (call it sick humor)... I also did her Ito Ikuko-san style over Tadano Kazuko-san style which this person uses, 'cause well, kill me, but I'm very partial. (Though Tadano is an amazing character designer too.) I also added shadows... even though this person tends to shy away from shadows in tribute to Sailor Moon house style, which from doing all those other anime and manga posters loves highlights and shadows. Who knew?
