Description
The last part of ~ZergSwarms commission. Since I was ill of waiting for the convenience of getting to school to scan, I gave up before scanning the final part and just mailed him the package. Thankfully, he was kind enough to scan them at his house for me so I could upload them and have the third drawing (this one) for my records.

They're a little milky, and the coloring (especially on the sky) didn't end up as full as I'd hoped, even after more than and hour of layering and blending.

For this, I worked with an excerpt from his story -- which you can find in his gallery -- about these two lovestruck woofers. This, out of his three pictures, is more "toony" so I could better convey Rowen's mixed emotions to waking near a beauty he'd fallen for -- as well as the difference between the two. Large, strong Rowen and soft, delicate Lily.

"Rowen snapped out of his daze and looked down to Lily, who appeared to be very cold. "Lily? Are you okay?" he asked, worriedly.

"Yes I....just a bit cold." she replied.

Rowen looked down at her, concerned. "I can...lay next to you to provide warmth..if you want."

"Could you? I'd appreciate it." she replied.
Rowen nervously lay down next to her and scooted up close to her so that their body heat would be combined and shared.

Both of them were tired, and they slowly drifted off to sleep. Rowen, then Lily. Some hours later, Rowen awoke to Lily resting her muzzle on his back. It shocked him, somewhat, but then he remembered why they were so close; the cold. But as he stared at her face, resting ever so peacefully on his back, a thought came to him. 'She's....such a beautiful wolf. In looks and in spirit...'"
