I love the pic, but Ghost in the Shell was a booring anime to me, I never understood what was really going on, one episode some guy kills someone important, next he is president of the place? I duno, it was werid, BUT AWSOME ARTWORK! I loved that anime's opening too, it was a pretty song.. Hmm... love your pic though, it looks all futuristicy

You may be thinking of the SAC series which takes some patience, this is more so related to the opening scene from the original movie from the late 90s. Thank you for your comments.

This is brilliant! I'm hitting the fav button... which is exceptionally dusty! It's been a long time since I saw the anime so I've missed any references but as a stand-alone piece it works fantastically anyway. Great work. And this is stencils sprayed onto wood? Loads of energy there, especially in the eyes due to the pose and unusual colours used. Effin brilliant.

I realy love this..
the colours realy jump out.
i like the pose of the girl and the yellow and black stuff on the right.
i just think her legs are a bit unclear.
but all in all an amazing piece
