2. Story
Long time ago, when all the shinigami worked apart, there were no Soul Society or Hell, there was just a river, where all the souls were sent after death. No matter, how much bad things they did, in their afterlife everybody was considered as sinners and punished equally. Equal pain and sorrow waited for them after the death. Thy were turning into mindless mass, being the only source of energy that sustained the world order. The right to rule the death belonged only to Thanatos, the Elder God of death, merciless, chaotic creature. He was the one, who filled the river of the death with souls to the rim. He also was the one, who ruled the first shinigami. But they had enough of this pointless tyrany and he was overthrown a
Nikator Matthias (The Conqueror)

Amentia - Madness (I chose Madness because it's always something fun to play with~ it really can take on many different forms from anger to insanity. Because I had decided to go with a 'wasp' as a basis for the Zanpakuto it fit, seeing as wasps are often seen as angry aka mad.)

Biography: Nikator cannot remember his original name, and in fact has to be constantly reminded of his new one. Yet his does some how remember a fair deal of his past.
Growing up in the Rukon District of the Seireitei Nikator loved to wrestle with hollows and fight them with his bare hands. One day he took it too far by challenging a hollow he could not take down, in the resulting scuffle he lost both arms and a chunk of his lower back. As he lay bleeding out on the ground several of the very first shinigami came by to slay the hollow, one of them being a young woman who loved to fool around with experiments. Taking him back to try something new on Nikator he was given a fake back and arms, made out of various metals to keep them from breaking down.
Having been given a new chance Nikator stayed with this woman who had saved his life. Doing errands and protecting her from hollows when ever she went out into field research. Though as his friend began to grow in power she realized she could no longer have Nikator follow her around like a lost puppy. So with that she suggested he go into the new Academy (which had just been established) to be able to have a true place of his own. In the Academy Nikator bombed every single class except for one: Zanjutsu.
Hand picked by Thanatos at the end of his graduation, as the Tenebrae of Madnesss, Nikator found himself excelling under the fist of this crazed man. Yet for his simple mind he did not realize that many did not like Thanatos. Upon Thanatos's imprisonment by Genryusai Nikator was adopted into the 11th Squad. It was only for the first few days there that he knew what had happened to Thanatos, but soon his memories could only recall that place he had trained for days. Where Thanatos had helped the Seven Tenebrae become powerful.
As Nikator died to the hands of a Quincy many, many years later he found that his mind had not died. Instead it had gone to the place where they had all trained together. Meeting his fellow Tenebrae Nikator waited for Thanatos. Which was nothing something that came easily to him.

Appearance: Nikator reaches a height of 6'4" and weighs 185 lbs. He has a pale complexion for the parts of him that are still human. His has robotic arms, as well as shoulder blades and lower back. His golden eyes appear to give him a sharp and intelligent look, when in reality he is actually quite thickheaded. His hair is completely black except the top two hair tufts, which he tried to die yellow himself. Nikator also has terrible posture and is constantly slouching or leaning to the side.
Nikator wears a modified Ukata with a simple orange obi around the middle to keep it together. It is white with a black outside band, on the back has been embroidered the kanji for 'Madness.'

Personality: Nikator in true has about three modes of personality: Eat. Sleep. DESTROY!
He has a very small attention spam that cannot keep track of something for more then a few minutes, unless it is one of his three main focuses. So anyone would be very lucky to hold his attention if it involved anything else.

~Abilities~
Zanjutsu: This is nothing more then a reflex to Nikator; no thought goes into his attacks, just pure instinct. When ever in battle Nikator requires practically no effort to be put into his attacks, or to defend using his blade. For having practiced the art of sword fighting long before his death there is almost nothing he does not know.

Shunpō: Nikator is relatively quick on his feet, enough to be able to keep up with opponents of his own power level.

~Weaknesses~
Stupid: Nikator has a very low IQ score. So low in fact that it takes nothing more then a simple point to distract him from meaningless tasks, or to get him off topic while speaking. That being said he does not speak very often as he cannot think of what to say, but when he does it's not well thought out or grammatically correct. Sometimes he will even have pause moments in the middle of battle to try and remember what he was going to do next.

Energy Over-use: As Nikator loves to fight and completely obliterate what ever he is fighting he tends to use up his energy far to quickly. So if the battle is not over in ten minutes or less he finds himself struggling to keep up.

~Zanpakuto~
Name: Sasu Hari (Pierce Stinger) 刺す針
Zanpakuto Command: Show Your Anger
Appearance: Sasu Hari is a short bladed katana reaching only nineteen inches. Not quite long enough to be a proper blade, but not short enough to be a wakizashi. It's tsuka is bound in bright yellow fabric and the tsuba, which is a star with four 'stings' surrounding it, matches this colour. The sheath is completely black with a yellow decorative ending.

~Shikai~
Appearance: Sasu Hari takes on the appearance of a naginata, with orange fur just below the blade and tough yellow decorations at the end and near the grip of the weapon. The staff portion is again completely black, and the blade has a curve in the middle with two points to allow for easy decapitation of opponents.
Shikai Abilities:
Seimei no Hachimitsu (Honey of Life) - This ability coats Sasu Hari's blade in a thin yellow coat of goop. By cutting an enemy with the blade while this is activated the goop seeps into the wounds and drains a small portion of their energy. With enough cuts from this ability the enemy can find themselves completely drained.

Sasu yō na Kajō Gaki (Stinging Bullets) - By pointing the blade of Sasu Hari at an enemy Nikator can unleash a barrage of incredibly fast bullets. Made from his reiatsu they are yellow in colour.
