Description
I'll be drawing Fuu's spirit appearance later when I have more time to do so.
You can see his old design here [link] I like this new design much better, also seeing as I've had much more time to fully develop him.

Name: Mei Ma Fuu (Superior Evil Wind)
Kanji: 名魔風
Hiragana: めいまふう
Katakana: メイマフウ

Zanpakuto Command: "Supin, Mei Ma Fuu" (Spin, Superior Evil Wind)

Mei Ma Fuu is a Keigen Shinto Katana, reaching a length of 65 cm (25.59 in), that has teal fabric wrapped around the tsuka. The tsuba takes the shape of a simple circle with three wisps [link] on the inside flowing like a current of wind. The saya is made of ebony wood and is very sturdy.

~Shikai~

Appearance: Growing seven inches in length (now a total length of 82.77cm or 32.59in), and gaining a few inches of width at the tip of the blade, serrated teeth grow on the blade side for slicing an opponent. At the kashira, looped through a hole, is a long sturdy ribbon that is made out of his reiatsu and can only be cut through by someone stronger than himself. It can be used to spin the blade at very high speeds.

Shikai Abilities:
When spun by the ribbon attached to the hilt the spinning action causes high speed winds to whip up. The faster the spin the faster the winds. After these winds have been summoned Nigawarai can control them to use in his fight against the enemy. If he wants to use a more, or less, powerful wind he must first dissipate the current wind his is using. But even the most powerful wind can only cause superficial wounds. These winds can also only attack from one direction at a time, just like the wind can only blow from one way. Much like an attack with a blade. So when in Shikai Nigawarai relies mostly on the blade of his Zanpakuto to win battles.

ねじり風 - Nejiri Fuu (Twisting Winds): This technique allows Nigawarai to gather up his winds around the feet of his opponent and in one swift upward motion the wind spins, attacking quickly and violently around the target. It can result in minor cuts (much like a paper cut) to larger superficial wounds. It was developed to weaken the legs of the opponent making it harder for them to dodge future attacks.

Name: Mei Ma Fuu no Joushou (Rising of the Superior Evil Wind)
Kanji: 名魔風の上昇
Hiragana: めいまふうのじょうし
Katakana: メイマフウノジョウショ

Appearance: The blade from Shikai shrinks down to a regular Keigen Shinto wakizashi with a length of 38cm (15 in) keeping the serrated edge all along the blade. The ribbon doubles in width and length which provides an elegant stream used for spinning it at high speeds, while the extra is either held in reserve to extend the swing or merely flutters as decoration. His winds at this point take on a greenish tinge. At first glance they seem to be impossible to track, but with a keen eye for details of unnatural green and the ability to keep track of which direction Nigawarai is swinging the hilt the winds are very possible to keep track of.

Bankai Abilities: Enabling Nigawarai to control his winds at much faster and accurate speeds than his shikai this is the base release for Mei Ma Fuu.

空気の欠け名魔風 - Kuuki no Kake, Mei Ma Fuu (Devoid of Air, Superior Evil Wind): It forms a 'bubble' around his opponent and spins so fast it sucks the air right out of the encircled area. Creating an airless void. Nigawarai can maintain it at the cost of huge amounts of reiatsu. Taking 5-10 seconds to form around his opponent they must be standing still, or at the very least not moving from one place to another, otherwise the circle does not have enough time to form a strong enough bond. Once the bond has formed it is very hard to break out of, taking at least the equal amount of reiatsu Nigawarai is using to break it. (As a side note Nigawarai will never kill his target with this technique, merely using it until who ever is encircled is no longer conscience)

悪風の嵐期 - Akufuu no Arashi Ki (Ending Storm of the Evil Wind): Forming up to seven tornados this is Nigawarai's most powerful bankai ability. Each tornado can be separately controlled though his reiatsu and where he wants them to go. The more tornados there are the small and weaker each individual tornado is, but also the faster they are. Eg, if there are seven they are fast, easy to control but are in the weakest state. If there is only one tornado it is slow and lacks sudden directional change but holds the most destructive power. This technique is very hazardous to the surrounding area.

~Zanpakuto Extras~

Mei Ma Fuu's Human Form: Shrouded in an olive green cloak Fuu takes the physical form of a human male. Standing the same height at Nigawarai (5'10") you are unable to see his face, or all of his body for that matter, due to the hood of the cloak. Fuu never seems to walk but instead floats above the ground when needing to move from one spot to another. Flirty and rather forward about everything he says and does Fuu is quite the social opposite of Nigawarai, much to the captain's embarrassment when in the company of others.

Spirit Personality: Flirty, easygoing and extremely free moving thanks to his element Fuu thoroughly enjoys terrorizing and embarrassing the crap out of his master. Any ladies nearby he'll happily greet with a kiss to the hand. Though despite all this Fuu too is can very easily come down to earth and be serious when needed.

Inner World: Upon entering Mei Ma Fuu's world you will find yourself floating well above ground level. The scenery below is split into two, half of it being a lovely evergreen forest. The other spills out into a seemingly endless ocean. The day time changes here as it would in the regular world, as such Fuu does not like it when Nigawarai tries to contact him late at night.
