Sol is, surprisingly, very friendly. He's amiable to everyone, keeping a respectable distance while making friends where he can. He sees connections as a source of information, and information as a source of leverage. While he doesn't offer his friends any special deals, he keeps an eye out for his 'regulars,' as he calls them. After all, a happy customer is a returning customer.

Impartial
"Yeah, I've worked for your enemy. Does it matter? Look, you've got the money and I've got the chemicals. It's as simple as that."
Factions don't matter. As long as you can offer Sol something he wants, he'll work for you. It doesn't have to be money. He'll accept test subjects, blood donors, and just about anything else that will sate his curiosity. He's always open to bargaining so long as he thinks that he has the upper hand.

Sol doesn't care about anyone else. Nothing he does is for the betterment of society or others. He's a selfish jerk who just wants to make a profit.

History

A scientist who wanted to help others. Sol was the head of his own lab, working day and night to discover useful pharmaceuticals. Unfortunately, he also had a gambling addiction, which left him constantly in need of money. He had to sell himself as a test subject just to get by. During one of these tests, he was exposed to the corruption. From that day on, his addiction to gambling and desire for money only grew.

He began taking shady jobs. He helped both the Resistance and the Corrupted, making chemical weapons under the guise of his research. His misdeeds were eventually discovered, and he was fired from his lab. His old clients still had requests, though, and a few of them offered him their labs in exchange for his service. So, he started a new life. He changed his name, forged some convincing documents, and hopped from lab to lab. That's how he does all of his business now. A few good deeds here and there, and a lot of favors. Is it the most lavish use of his skills? No, but it certainly brings in a profit.

  - He's currently 'working' for the Resistance in Guthmie City, but he has a side-hustle selling chemical weapons to the Corrupted.

   - He has a wide variety of connections, both shady and legitimate, that he can use to gain information.

- He doesn't like fighting and will worm others into fighting his battles for him.

- Very unhinged, very unpredictable.

- His actual birth name is Erwin Wilson.
