Why YES. I AM excited about the new game
In fact, it's caused me to really star thinking about which of the two other next-gen systems to get among the 360 and PS3 (The Wii I'm getting, end of story). But anyways, I've been starting to draw them quite a bit in my sketchbook lately, and I realized how long it's been since I last drew any Banjo-Kazooie characters at all. I managed to remember most of their details, and attempted to emulate their slick new look (which I LOVE, by the by). I sketched this one up, and suggested that I should totally ink and color this one, and so I did :3 I think it turned out pretty well. Kazooie could've been better, and a couple little parts of Banjo need work, but not bad overall. The background was a cinch, since I figured the 'top secret room' from the trailer would be suiting enough, and this is the first time in a while that I made a background totally from scratch. So YEAH! Hope you guys like it. I'm lookin' forward to playing as the beak-bustin' tag-teamin' duo again real soon.

I still like those games, but it would've been better if it was on GameCube... I know Microsoft purchased Rare, but I still think Nintendo owns Banjo-Kazooie series, I think... Banjo and Kazooie's new look is okay, but I like the old one better. Besides, I saw Banjo-Kazooie 360 tralier on my On-Demand! Excellent artwork, and I do have Banjo-Kazooie, Banjo-Tooie drawing, and my Banjo-Tooie game guide in my gallery...

I am now sad. I'll be lucky if I get a Wii, and with Sonic Next-Gen and a new Banjo Kazooie skipping over it entirely...

The moment I saw this in game review class, I was like "This is the win! It means I can get that and Sonic when I get the 360 as well as the Wii"
And of course I thought this news would excite my friends at Pixeltendo... Of course everyone, including my friends Koopaul, Toadkarter, and Silverbolt complained about the design of the characters...

Banjo-Kazzoie rocks! I borrowed the original game from a friend, still haven't beaten it. I have the hardest ass time to draw Banjo. Kazooie is fun to draw, as long as shes in her pack. Can't wait for the new game. Is it for the Wii? BTW, they never left, they still managed to realease a game on average 2 year (2 GBA ones though)

great job reproducing their new design. From the trailer it looks like Cailen's joke about the new game in relation to Conker isn't coming to fruition... yet.
I'm in the same predicament as you about what system to get with the Wii. I'd probably get the 360 since i'm gonna be waiting... probably a year or two for the price to go down on the PS3 regardless of what games are out.
As soon as i saw that trailer on youtube, i saw videos on the old Stop 'n' Swop thing. Remember that whole fiasco and doing umpteen million things to try and get the eggs and all that crap? Irritating but so much fun.
