Voice Actor Chronicles - Episode 11 - Christopher Bevins
Not familiar with this one? That would be because he's more profilic as a director than he is a VA: Chris Bevins! His characters on this one include: Bee the Puppy from Dragonball Z (bottom right), Beck the Dog from Beck: Mongolian Chop Squad (bottom left), the Evil Apple from Shin Chan (right), Yurigaoka from Speedgrapher and Shishiwakamaru from Yu Yu Hakusho (top left). Chris Bevins made his debut as Bee the puppy from DBZ, and has gone from ADR Engineer, to Voice Actor, to ADR Director of several different shows, and now a Line Producer for One Piece along with Mike McFarland. He's directed several great series I've been watching over the last few years, such as Spiral, the original Dragonball as well as GT, Speedgrapher, Burst Angel, and now most recently Beck: Mongolian Chop Squad (along with the equally awesome Taliesin Jaffe). I've also listened to him on several DVD commentaries, and oddly enough, he actually kinda reminds me of myself I'll be meeting him this weekend at Otakon, finally.
