We were out an about driving one stormy winter afternoon in Chios and things weren't very promising yet we decided we should head for the nearby beach of where we were. We waited a bit and amazingly enough even though the direction of the shot was looking East some sunset colours managed to break through the clouds to offer us a line of red. I like how the rocks have this beige colour in that area which give the sea a wonderful hue.
Hope you like it

It's always so fascinating to see a place you know so very well through someone else's eyes!
I'm so glad I showed you that place, you definitely did it justice on both occasions, creating those lovely dreamscapes.
I won't start comparing your shots with mine again to avoid the usual
etc exchange!

WOW this is just amazingly beautiful. The little strip of red sky above the horizon just explodes out of the blue!
If you make this a print, I would most certainly buy one!

That cheeky smudge of sunset adds an element of warmth to this photo. It probably would have looked fine if the break in the clouds had not been there, wilder even and hinting at a storm, but it's amazing the difference that red sky makes.
