I love this scene so much from the manga and anime. Sasuke rarely smiles but when he smiled and told Sakura "Thank you" like he did when they were young, I knew he loved her. They've been through so much and Sakura never gave up on Sasuke. He finally realized that he had a family all along. I think I cried a little when he admitted that to Naruto. That Naruto and Sakura are his familyI'm just so happy they ended up together!!
I know that there are some people who don't like the fact that they ended up together. That's fine but please be respectful in the comments.

Honestly, I really don't like Sasuke--I think Sakura could do so much better than someone who tried to kill her multiple times.

He was corrupted. He was lost. But Sakura knew that and never gave up on him. All he wanted this whole time was a family but he didn't realize that he always had one in Sakura and Naruto.
Naruto said it himself that he never loved Sakura. He was just in competition with Sasuke and always wanted to be better than him and beat him. When Sakura lied to him and said that she loved him, he knew that she was lying because she always loved Sasuke. She only told Naruto that because she thought it would stop him from going after Sasuke. Naruto and Sasuke have always been brothers even though it took Sasuke a while to admit that fact. No matter what, Naruto would of never killed Sasuke. They are family.

I'm sorry, but I'm afraid I'll have to disagree with you here.
Sasuke CHOSE to betray the village. He chose to turn away from those who wanted to help him of his own free will. He chose to endanger the lives of thousands of innocents, and never cared about the consequences of his actions. To say that he was "corrupted" and "lost" is whitewashing him.
If I were Sakura, I'd have just forgotten about him. In my opinion, Sakura is just like an abused housewife who stupidly refuses to take charge of her own life.
I think the whole "Naruto never loved Sakura" thing was just a lie Kishi invented to justify his poorly-written official couple of NaruHina.
Sorry if I come across as harsh, but that's what I think.

When he left he wasn't exactly hanging around the right people so in a way he was corrupted.

Naruto is an anime/manga that I have always loved. At first I did feel like Naruto loved Sakura but as he got older I didn't feel like that was the case anyone. But that's just how I feel about it. That doesn't mean that your opinion on it is wrong though.

Took him long enough. The only way to be happy is to let go of the hatred, and the best way to do so is replacing the hatred with love. That was the lesson Sasuke needed to learn: as long as he kept holding onto that grudge and desire of revenge, he'd never be truly happy.

One way or another, Sasuke was constantly shifting his anger towards others, even after punishing the ones whom he felt wronged him. First it was Itachi, then after killing him, he went after Konoha (I won't deny that Danzo did deserve it, so that one, I can accept it), and at the end, he was ready to become the whole world's enemy. He pushed people away when they tried to help him, rather than letting them ease his pain, he clung to it and he was destroying himself and others in the process. Revenge is a vicious cycle: you hurt others, others will hurt you, and no matter what you do, you'll never be fully satisfied. The way I see it, Sasuke hated himself and unleashed that hatred on everyone else because he didn't want to accept any other way to cope with the pain. The only way to be free of that pain is to let go of the hatred and raise above it.

Yes, I will agree that Sasuke's methods of dealing with his hatred were wrong...
But I honestly can't help but think that he had a point regarding the fact that the shinobi system is corrupt and needs to go.

That still gave him no right to lash out on the entire world, especially on people who had NOTHING to do with the massacre. In that sense, he was no better than those responsible for him losing his family. He was just perpetuating the same vicious cycle.
When it came to suffering, Uchihas tend to be too self-centered and only think of themselves, disregarding the fact that their actions could hurt many others, simply because they don't know any other way to cope with the pain.

You're right about that. He was no better than Obito or Madara in that. But if he had limited his revenge to the ones responsible for the massacre AND had come up with a reasonable alternative to the corrupt system (something that Naruto doesn't seem to be doing), that it would have been hard to fault him.

Problem was that he wasn't limiting his revenge to those who wronged him; if fact, if anyone tried to dissuade him from that path, in his eyes they were "getting in his way". Looking from the outside, for Sasuke people were one of three things: an instrument for him to gain his revenge, an obstacle to said revenge, or the target of said revenge, with little to no middle ground. As for Naruto, you can't say that he doesn't at least TRY to find an alternative, which is more than we can say about Sasuke and Uchihas in general, who tend to jump headfirst on the "obvious" path when something bad comes their way.
