I worked on this for maybe an hour, but it started getting derpy and I hated how it looked so I ragequit. I almost deleted it a couple times, but I kept at it and (after a break at the kink meme) I came back to it for keepsies and finished. Kinda like how it came out in the end. (still pretty derp lookin though)
So here, have a Karkat.

I know I said some shit on Tumblr but I guess being on DA makes me remember that i should be saying something like critique or whatever so like... This is it. ITS COMING. OH GOD.
Okay... Uh, well It looks good. I think really the only thing I can saw as far as critique goes is that his neck seems a little more narrow than the left side, maybe if you brought it more to the left a bit more it would work out better?
Other than that I love it all and when you become a famous artist and I'm selling my body on the corner to feed my crack addiction and sleeping in boxes (I will still have internet somehow though) I will be like "Fuck yeah" because that's how I feel about this. All your shit keeps looking more amazing and you're progressing tons so just keep at it and you will be able to pursue whatever you dream to do with your art.

I guess I just see this plethora of talent around me (you and dos included DON'T FIGHT ME ON THIS BRO) and I get my jealous on for maybe a minute and then get inspired to be better. (Although headshots aren't gonna help my anatomy oh god I'm doing it wrong)

(Its just a small thing. And also on my tumblr I'm going to start posting up some anatomy shit that I got when I was in college to help my friends like you and shini.
Actually I understand what you mean, I feel my art has progressed a lot the past year but I don't feel talented. I'm not fighting with you on this, but I feel pretty inadequate as an artist as of late, so I'm hoping you saying that will help kick me back into gear.
Headshots do help with anatomy, just the head part though, not the bodies hurr. I think all artists are guilty of focusing a lot on details in the face/hair and not as much time on the anatomy. (Not that I'm saying that's what you do, but really sometimes drawing heads is funner.)
I'm glad I can help. Just remember to keep drawing because I see so much potential in your art, not that it isn't already awesome. Just keep doing what your doing and never feel like you finally are "finished" with learning and you will go far. <3
