Don't worry, in about 3 seconds Amy realizes Sonic isn't coming for her she'll get serious, making her hammer appear out of thin air and do some serious smashing <3 Girl can defend herself from a robotisizer tube!
Like any old school fan I love this torture device! It needs more art, and I don't draw Amy enough either <3Tried some new things, but I got tired of fiddling with it (my arm hurts XD)

I like all the little details you added, like the ripped dress and scruffy hair, and she has a really expressionate face, it's as if you can feel her fear and pain.

Hmm, looking at this again, and it`s absolutely lovely, but I think I noticed one thing...the nose is a little bit flat isn`t it, it kind of looks painted on.

Despair, desperation, "This can't be happening!". Just one look at her face and her eyes makes you feel what she's feeling. The broken manacle hanging from her forearm, the wild hair, and the tear in her dress show that she did not go quietly; I'd wager there are a few dented and disassembled SWATbots of the twenty it took to get her in that tube to begin with.
And even with all the time it took to get that emotion in and the roboticizer tube so outstanding, you remembered to show her barrette behind her ear! Just one of those details that could have easily gotten lost in the shuffle but make it complete because it didn't.
Absolutely wonderful.

You draw Amy as well as you do Sally.
I like how you have your own spin on Amy by taking some liberties like making her hair a li'l more realistic, but still true to her original design. Her cute face here really tugs at your heartstrings making you think, "NO! Don't roboticize Amy! She's to cute!" lol
The tear in her dress, and the handcuff piece are nice touches. Hope Amy escapes.

The way you describe that makes me think of kids in the dental office, if the parents are around, they makes a scene and act dramatic for sympathy and in the hopes they can get away from having to go through with the visit. But if the parents stay in the lobby and the child is left to face the chair alone, they typically rise to the occasion with uncanny bravery and behave themselves well. Hence, Amy makes a helpless girlie scene when there's hope of a daring rescue from a certain blue blur, but when that fails she puts on her game face and handles it herself by means of makin' it hammer time!
That aside...
Actual artistic commentary: I love how you take the little randomized elements that tick me off trying to visualize myself and so wonderfully emulate them visually. Typically this is reflected in how you illustrate hair, making it flow naturally and look very graceful rather than stiff and perfectly arranged. Here you got a little of that going on with Amy's modest locks but more impressively you've focused on the gleaming of the Roboticizer tube. Again, this is something there's no exact science you can easily know "Oh, the light source is on this side so it's bright here and dark on the other", but rather it's one of those things with lighting you really gotta use your imagination to make both look great and properly reflect the shape of the object you're lighting. In this case you've taken an otherwise transparent object and used ample amounts of lighting streaks to give the feeling that it's a rounded cylinder with poor Amy trapped inside. And I think it looks mighty impressive, and if it was one of the new things you were trying and fiddling with, well done ma'am!

but omg, that tube was a pain!! I was trying so many new things, and I thought the end result looked horribly sloppy! I'm so glad you actually like it!! ;-; It makes me so so very happy dear!

Seriously though, thas the beauty of the gleamies, they are sloppy! It looks wrong if they're neat or sharp, you did precisely good
And I think you could please all audiences if you nailed a really cute and cuddly SonAmy pic, not necessarily romantic, but even the SonSal folks who are tolerant can say "Awwwwwwwwww" if it's cute enough

This is simply brilliant.
As you said, their something quite fascinating about the robotisizer and the helplessness it brings on characters. You can just feel the emotion coming from Amy here, though I'm sure she'll be just fine.

Even if the container is small, and her hammer is HUGE, if she just summons it, the robotisizer will break from the hammer just showing up. XD

Amy, realizing that Sonic isn't coming, (he's busy freeing some damn forest animals or something lulz) busts out her hammer of rightiousness, breaks the glass! Robuttnekkk looks over in shock, underestimating our litte pink heroine, and orders his robots to attack!

Its basically what you described. Sonic rescuing Amy from Metal Sonic and Eggman..though he was named Robotnik at the time.

I didnt played Sonic CD but I saw many videos so I saw the full game of it. I really miss times where Sonic must saved Amy. Like Sonic adventure or riders or the other games where Amy is been kidnapped. In Sonic X the serie, she was kidnapped by eggman many times too! I only want games like this D:

Really, you never played it? Aww, that's to bad, you really should...they have it on that Sonic Gems Collection that was released on gamecube. If you really want to play it...if you can find that collection then you can play it.
