I suppose that is for you to decide. My goal was to leave most of it open to the viewers imagination.. but I suppose when I was drawing it I was thinking Dr.Robotnik.

I love teh colors and teh background! D: xD Mm, maybe you can show more of her getting hit by the rain, because right now it looks like just a few spots are been hit. Eh, but I guess that's not a big deal, so good job!!

Well, I think you can improve the background a little, right now it feels a little rushed. For example, the part closest to the viewer should be more detailed, in order to give the illusion of depth. The amount of detail you have right now suits the farthest parts well.
The shadow Amy casts can be improved too, mainly by adding the shadow of the hammer.
Other than that, good job, especially on the coloring and Amy's expression.
