I noticed I didn't really have any proper TLK universe characters! So I had to change that. I've completely fallen in love with this character -u-Amirah is a bratty little cub who gets extremely pissy if she doesn't get her way. She's also a very spoilt daddy's girl, which doesn't help her attitude.
She doesn't realize however, that her personality is a bit of a repellent and often wonders why she can't make many female friends to hang around with.
She loves to show off and prove that she can take on any challenge.
She later meets another lioness cub, Kipenzi, who puts up with her stuck-up ego and becomes her best friend,
but later on in life it turns out her friend is a LOT of trouble and ends up being dragged along with her as she breaks from the pride and becomes a rogue. Life as a rogue with her friend is a lot different from her primped, spoilt life back at home and she gradually matures into a much more sophisticated and respectful lioness, stuck with the love/hate burden of being a rogue with her friend, who refuses to rejoin a pride and loves the 'lone life'.
(She is not related to Simba and Nala's pride in any way!)

How'd you come up with the sunset and nighttime colors?

Mostly playing with colour overlays and saturation/brightness/contrast filters x3
I also looked at how Simba and Nala's colours changed in night to get a better reference!
