... who looks like he got pulled out of the early-1990s, judging by his clothes.

I like his expression. So happy and fun. I like the color combination of dark red hair and dark brown ears. I also like the extreme angle, though it does seem a tad overdone. Yea for random characters.

Great job! His left (our right) foot looks a little off, but the angle it would look more natural in is very awkward in itself, and it'd be pretty difficult to draw, so... I can't say it's a flaw, neccisarily.
