Actually I was thinking on a story in which Toshiro Hitsugaya IS Hiei. basic summary would be along these lines: There was once a shinigami, and upon one of his visits to the ningenkai to retrieve souls, he found a girl. The girl could neither hear nor see him, yet, for some reason, she could some how sense someone--or something--was there. She talked. He listened. He left. It was all it was suppose to be, but he kept returning. Eventually the longing to touch her, speak to her set in...and he paid a price higher than expected to be able to do so....

Kitten-Blue In reply to zodiacgal [2011-02-15 03:44:44 +0000 UTC]

LOL Hiei's already a twin! Actually my thoughts were along the lines of this:

Hitsugaya is Hiei and Yukina's still born sibling. He's watched over them from the time they were born--which would kind of explain why Hiei, mister helpless youkai baby, survived until the bandits found him.

Yukina would be perfectly oblivious as to both siblings, Hiei would be unaware he had another sibling, of course.

Kagome would just be...caught in the middle of it all LOL

THANK YOU for pointing that out to my incredibly oblivious eyes. And what a nice pointing out that pic is!

Argh, I've got a nasty Plunny on Kags being Goku 'nd Chichi's middle kid. Do you think Sengoku Jidai would be able to handle a Vegeta-trained half-saiyan?

Sounds really good, though, tell me when it's out?

Of course I'll tell you! XD I'll probably announce it in a Journal, actually. And, I think Kagome's never going to be clumsy enough to break the jewel at all after Vegeta's done with her...

AkahiHineko In reply to Kitten-Blue [2010-01-04 15:52:24 +0000 UTC]

Probably true. If anything ever comes out of that idea I'll have to find another culprit for that then. Oooh, Chichi would be so mad if her only daughter missed school 'cause she was running around Sengoku Jidai fixing something she didn't even cause >D

And 'blood' in some others, I heard. Couldn't they have stuck with the food-theme?
I just really don't like her nagging and putting so much pressure on everyone. I swear, if he wouldn't kill her she'd be telling Vegeta to get a haircut, or be a better husband, or a better father, or stop with the fighting and what-not on every turn.

XD Well they DID rename her Milk in Spanish version(i think it's that one...) cuz her name means boobs in that language, but in korea and japan(and china i think) chichi is boobs still and they kept her name

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

AkahiHineko In reply to Kitten-Blue [2010-01-06 14:47:45 +0000 UTC]

Actually 'chichi' means a whole lot of stuff in Japanese, 'breasts', 'milk' and 'father' for example, but I know where you're coming from.

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

Kitten-Blue In reply to AkahiHineko [2010-01-07 18:30:44 +0000 UTC]

chichiue is father breasts yes milk no thats gyuunuu(spelling may be off) chichi miiiight be slang for father, but otousan and 'tousan are generally used more(that I know of) <--has been slowly sloooowly trying to learn japanese.

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

AkahiHineko In reply to Kitten-Blue [2010-01-07 19:54:31 +0000 UTC]

Heh... I'm sorry, but you're wrong. Chichi is actually Japanese for 'my father', while otou-san is used for someone else's father and as a form of address. Chichiue is very polite language, somewhere along the lines of 'honored father', and was used especially in samurai families pre-Meiji period. And chichi is a very common word for milk, and I couldn't find gyuunuu (in any variant of spelling) at all.

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

Kitten-Blue In reply to AkahiHineko [2010-01-08 07:41:06 +0000 UTC]

I learned Gyuunuu from rosetta stone actually O.o so that's weird. Ginyu Force(in dbz) was named thus because its similar to gyuunuu which means milk. All the characters have milk product names. Chichi is very commonly used in Korea for breasts(my mother is full blooded korean and she herself had to learn japanese and chinese) from what she remembers of Chichi it bears the same meaning in Japanese. I'm not sure about the Otousan, other than 'Tousan is often a shortened version. I use rosetta stone and my mother as resources since i dont trust most online sites, HOWEVER I did find it in one go on one of the sites I do actually trust gyuunyuu(n) (cow's) milk; (P) gyuunyuukei(n) milk meter gyuunyuuya(n) dairy; milkman chichi(adj-t,adv-to)slow; lagging; tardy; (P) chichi(adj-t,adv-to) slow; lagging; tardy chichi(n) (1) milk; (2) breast; (P) chichi(n) (hum) father; (P)

[link] I trust this site because every word i've looked up on it has been proven in Rosetta stone or my mom. *shrugs*

AkahiHineko In reply to Kitten-Blue [2010-01-09 12:06:36 +0000 UTC]

I personally trust this ( [link] ) site very much, since everything said there has been matched by what my Japanese teacher told me so far (she's a native). I found 'gyuunyuu' there as well. However, when you enter 'milk', the first thing that comes out is 'chi', translated as 1: milk; 2: breast; 3: loop; 4: decorative bump (on a hanging bell) and the second is 'chichi', with the translations 1: milk; 2: breast.

Anyway, is this really worth arguing over?

I just don't like being told I'm wrong when I knew something O.o() plus I'm very very competitive lol. Myself and Kiyoshi have been slowly learning Japanese from Rosetta Stone and it's like in the second lesson that Gyuunyuu is milk (had to answer the boy is drinking milk like seventeen times!! gaaah) ^.^() sorry if I came off as snappy or something tends to happen when i get inot the I Knoooow I Know this mode

Heh, we're somewhat alike in that aspect, then. I've had Japanese classes in school for over a year now, and I'm pretty confidant in my knowledge in that aspect.
I didn't mean to be rude either, and I probably shouldn't have just plain said that what you said was wrong. In Japanese you can translate just about every word in a bunch of ways, after all. So, I'm sorry too ^^"
