Kagome totally is randomly knowing how to use the sword. No, honestly, if I think about it, she's probably immortal in this one particular drawing, living only through the shikon no tama as it's 'perfect' guardian. She would have probably stayed in the past, and this is almost present day, where she can finally see her family again, only to run into Hiei shortly before hand

well I think kagome having a sword is a good Idea a bow and arrow in close combat? no that doesn't work (unless you use the bow to hit someone or something like that) I'm gonna have her learn how to weild dual blades and possibly some demon slaying and martial arts. so i'm gonna toughen her up a bit.(or try to anyway.*sweat drop*)

Its really easy to get carried away with the thought, I think my favorite is Miroku teaching her to tap into her powers. Squishing demons in a barrier thats slowly shrinking is funny thought..

well I'm thinking kagome could have like super learning powers or somthing and she can pick up on all sorts of stuff really quick but only to her ability level (so she'll still have to train)

Yes! Forest! It's very pretty, and despite the fact that the heart was an accident, I really like it. It gives the scene more underlying hints as to what might happen next.
