hehe, cute. I really like the Constructicon pile, especially with the sign. I also like Starscream and Megatron up on your head. The forehead seems rather small and I find the eyebrows to be a bit strange.
This is your first pic colored in photoshop? Nice, I've tried fiddling around with the program but gave up. I admire the coloring you've done with this, especially since it's your first.
Oh, and I just noticed this. Even though you have her hair covering up her shoulder it looks like the connection there is off.

Emerarudo-chan - it's me ExceedinglySphericalGoldfish from the Padded Cell. Do ignore ironbite, the boy has had nothing intelligent to say for some time.
Anyway, I want to repeat my comments from the Cell that when you get around to re-doing this as you mentioned, the main thing that needs fixing is making her chest more even. The arrangement of Deceps is cute, and I like how the Constructicons are all piled up on one knee. Very kawaii. I think you've done a decent job with the colouring seeing as this is the first time using PSP. Keep at it, you'll definitely get the hang of it. If you can do such nice jobs in paint or oekaki with a mouse, you should do amazing with PSP. Maybe you should ask for a tablet for Christmas?
