They are a lovely animal and yes they are ferocious...I think the wolverine is of the weasle family too...and they can back a bear away from a kill. They are interesting also. The martens though are fast and deadly when it comes to hunting and they are coveted for their beautiful fur. I might add here, I think the fur looks far nicer on them than anything fashion designers could conjure.

They are also extremely curious and I have had them climb up to a window and peer at me through the glass while I sat with my morning coffee.

Well...they are kinda-sorta like a wolverine...I do believe it too, is a member of the 'weasle' family.
