Our summer has been hot but with enough summer storms to quench the thirst of the drying earth. This is an electrical storm that fortunately provided a bountiful rainfall and a wonderful electrical display.Related content

It has been a very hot - too hot for my taste - and a very rainy summer. Looking forward to a warm sun/cool wind fall with lots of colorful trees!

I don't know how I managed to get thissss far behind. Gosh I sorry for the late, late reply.
The trees are beginning to change rapidly now and cool winds are making a daily appearance along with cold rain. Hmm.
I never really know how to dress...warm jacket or light jacket or hoody as this weather is really moody. One moment there is driving rain and the next the sun is peeking from behind the clouds...so I am either dressed too warmly or too lightly, but one consistent factor is that I return to the house with wet clothes and mud coating my knees and elbows.
